At Hype District Global, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:
Is faulty, damaged, or unsafe;
Is significantly different from the description or sample shown;
Does not do what we said it would or what a reasonable consumer would expect.
This applies regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period for refunds or exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customisation reasons:
Sale or clearance items
Personalised or custom-made products
Opened hygiene products (e.g. skincare, cosmetics)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law (e.g. for faulty items).
If return shipping was covered by us, the cost may be deducted from your refund (except in cases where ACL applies).
We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes, colours, or variants where stock is available.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item is no longer available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
We will cover return shipping costs for items confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
We do not accept "return to sender" parcels unless agreed in writing.
